1.5 mln. sq.m. of space will be allotted to public facilities, educational establishments, and medical facilities. The area will feature over 60 new schools, 150 kindergartens, 20 outpatient departments, 3 hospitals, as well as pharmacies, medical centres, college branches, a university campus, stadiums, and sports facilities.
