Electricity

The Project contemplates power supply via the Mosenergo high-voltage transmission network, which will feed large units of load (more than 10 MW at a time will be connected each year).

Wastewater treatment plants

The low population density sections will use smaller package treatment plants.

The more densely built-up areas will drain to the City of Moscow sewer system.

Groundwater wells

Water needs will be satisfied by means of groundwater wells with adjacent treatment facilities. 

Water supply can also be obtained from the Moscow water system.

Heat supply

The more densely built-up areas (closer to Moscow) will feature central heating.

The territory with individual homes will see high-efficiency gas boilers in every house.
