А101 makes it possible to study, work and relax not far from home. The project provides not only for housing construction and formation of well-developed infrastructure, but also for generation of jobs for various social groups. It is estimated that up to 30% of the local population (about 100 thousand people) will be able to find a job close to home. 

Thanks to all of the above-mentioned aspects, the area of Project А101 will host a self-sufficient, independent, and autonomously developing residential community.
