The Project А101 harmoniously fits the existing layout. It is planned that the land plots bordering on Moscow’s high-rise outskirts and on densely populated suburban towns will be developed with multi-storey and medium-rise buildings. The further out of the city we go, the less the development density. The southern lands, located at a maximum distance from Moscow, will see low-density development.
