Masshtab has taken part in the international investment exhibition MIPIM held in Cannes from 11th to 14th March, 2008.

Our company took this chance to introduce its projects announced as the first phase of the A101 Project. Thisr phase will cover construction of all types of housing with varying building density. These will be high-rise residential blocks, exclusive villa estates and townhouse estates. Also, it is planned to build commercial, social, trading and warehousing facilities. All in all, over 2.2 million m^2 of housing estate, 650 m2 of commercial and social infrastructure for 70,000 new dwellers will be built by the end of the first stage.

The MIPIM exhibition is one of the most important events in the world’s property market bringing in contact the leading world architects, developers and public officers. It is the largest world’s show forum in Europe attended by investors from all over the world. It was right there in March 2007 where Masshtab introduced its A101 Project to the global professional community.
