Company "Masshtab", jointly with major Russian and foreign experts in town planning, real estate, construction and ecology with an experience in implementation of similar projects, has elaborated a uniform concept for development of the А101 area in accordance with a master plan, a unique product for Russia. 

The uniform master plan ensures that the development process conforms to international standards, and that all necessary social, sporting, cultural and recreational facilities are located within walking distance from residences.

It took about two years to develop this master plan.

The priorities of the master plan cover the following critical topics:

• Residential construction.
• Development of utilities (gas supply line, water pipe, sewerage, electricity, etc.).
• Development of sound public facilities in terms of:

• Social life (hospitals, pharmacies, first-aid posts; kindergartens, schools and higher education);

• Transport strategy (new road planning, reconstruction of existing highways, introduction of new public transport, i.e. express tramways).
• Environmental strategy. The master plan contemplates comprehensive greening of the territory, as well as preservation and enlargement of the current natural resources.
