Being a unique natural object, the Central Park with its area of 160 ha (400 acres) will be a key value not only of the «eastern sector» of the territory, but of the entire Project A101. The Central Park will be easily accessible for all А101 residents, thanks to a convenient road network, as well as to public promenades and cycleways, which can be used as ski-trails in winter.

The virgin forestland and streams in the Central Park will facilitate formation and preservation of a healthy ecological framework of the whole А101 area. This park will be enhanced and will become of a place for promenade and rest for all inhabitants of the district. The park's open tracts will be used as sports grounds and picnic areas.
