Under the А101 project, about 1.5 mln. sq.m. of commercial space (offices, retail outlets, warehouses, etc.) will be built, and about 100 thousand jobs created.

The anchor object to be built at the first-stage of the А101 development is the Business Park. Its total space is 500 thousand sq.m. It is a complex of low-rise buildings united through a common architectural concept, land use scheme, and stylistics. The Business Park will become one of the largest office centres in the Moscow region. 

It is estimated that at least 30% of local population will be able to find employment close to home.
