FIABCI-Russia's Awards BEST IMPLEMENTED DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN RUSSIA'S REAL ESTATE MARKET in the category of Master Plans for Cities and Districts

Masshtab Management Company was awarded FIABCI-Russia's award for Best Implemented Development Project in the Russia's Real Estate Market in the category of Master Plans for Cities and Districts. 

FIABCI (The International Real Estate Federation) is a world community created in 1947. Its objective is to help real estate professionals acquire knowledge under advanced international programmes, exchange information, experience and expertise at the annual conferences and seminars. Thus, FIABCI is a kind of an international club representing leading world-class specialists. FIABCI is represented by its chapters in 56 member countries. 

The Building Awards' winner in the category of BEST URBAN DEVELOPER

Masshtab Management Company won the 2007 annual Building Awards national development in the "Best Urban Developer" category. 

The Award's expert council comprises representatives of consultancy companies, banks, investment funds, building companies and design bureaus. The main objective of the Building Awards is to reward the best developers and promising innovators that are shaping the future of the Russia's real estate market. The competition also raises the status and attractiveness of the real estate market in comparison with the other industries in the Russian economy. 



BEST SHOWCASE award at the International Branch Exhibition 2007 Moscow Region Builders' Week

The International Branch Exhibition of 2007 Moscow Region Builders' Week gave Masshtab Management Company the Best Showcase award. The event was held from 7th to 9th August at the Crocus Expo trade show complex. It was associated with the 50th anniversary of Moscow Region's construction sector and Builder's Day. 

The trade show Moscow Region Builders' Week is held annually under the auspices of the Federal Agency for Construction, Housing and Utilities (Rosstroy), the Moscow Region Administration, and with the support of the Russia's Ministry for Regional Development. The main objective of this exhibition is to demonstrate efficient technologies, designs, and innovative solutions. It also hosts exhibits for the largest urban development projects contributing to implementation of the national level project to create Affordable and Comfortable Housing for the Citizens of Russia.
