The Project’s main concept is accessibility: residents of this new district will have access to the necessary infrastructure at a reasonable distance from their new homes. All public facilities for an adequate and comfortable life, such as schools, kindergartens, pharmacies, household services, shopping malls, and public transport stations, will be located within walking distance from residents.
